GOLDEN RULE TO INVEST IN STOCK MARKET - 1

1. AVOID THE HERD MENTALITY

The typical buyer's decision is usually heavily influenced by the actions of his acquaintances, neighbours or relatives. Thus, if everybody around is investing in a particular stock, the tendency for potential investors is to do the same. But this strategy is bound to backfire in the long run.

No need to say that you should always avoid having the herd mentality if you don't want to lose your hard-earned money in stock markets. The world's greatest investor Warren Buffett was surely not wrong when he said, "Be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful!"

THIS RULE MEANS NOT TO INVEST BLINDLY ON ANY STOCK ON ADVICE OF ANYONE LIKE YOUR NEIGHBOURS OR RELATIVES OR FRIENDS OR EVEN ANYBODY HEAR TO ALL BUT ALWAYS MAKE YOUR OWN RESEARCH BEFORE INVESTMENT OR ASK TO YOUR FINANCIAL ADVISOR AFTER ALL IT'S YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SO ALWAYS MAKE YOUR OWN RESEARCH.

👆I have explained this in easy word so everyone can understand it.

This rules will definitely improve your knowledge about Investment and how to get multibager returns from stock market.

That's why only when I give any long term pick I write there make your own research before buying any stock or ask to your financial advisor.
